Employee Performance

Celeste will partner with you to evaluate your existing training programs, performance measurement tools, accountability tools and programs, and performance evaluation tools. She will provide her findings and recommendations as well as an “implementation” action plan to help you improve employee performance in alignment with your strategic goals. She will provide recommendations, strategies, and training programs that will enhance employee performance credit union wide and help you establish and integrate measurement and accountability tools to improve employee performance in order for you to achieve your overall credit union goals.

Celeste can provide training for your staff so they will be more motivated, enthused, and engaged with a clear focus on their role in the credit union and how they can help you achieve your overall credit union goals.
