Celeste offers onsite consulting, training, and coaching for business development in addition to an annual Business Development School (see Business Development and Marketing Institute).

Celeste increased loans by 213 percent in less than one year through Business Development “Partners” (SEGs) during her tenure in the credit union industry.  She has developed a unique, extensive business development plan (goals/action plans/compensation/reward programs/reports/tracking system) as well as key strategies and programs PROVEN to open doors with companies and provide face-to-face access with their employees on a regular basis to help credit unions capture more quality profitable loans.

  • Provide business development sales training:  relationship building, cold calling, overcoming objections, scheduling appointments/onsite visits, strategies and techniques to capture more loans via new members and/or existing members through SEGs and/or business partners, etc.
  • Provide onsite coaching for business development staff and frontline staff
  • Provide programs, strategies, and tools to help you capture more quality profitable loans through business partners/SEGs
